Central Hunter Crime Manager Detective Inspector Peter Mahon urged anyone with information about Mr Manley to contact police.
“We’re pursuing a number of lines of inquiry and investigations are continuing,” he said. “Police have grave concerns for his safety and his family is still waiting for answers.”
Mr Manley disappeared on November 21 last year after his mother left him at Telarah train station, where he was meeting a friend.
