The Colts travel to Olympic Park having won their opening two games and will be confident of knocking off Muswellbrook, who are yet to win this season.
The 2013 minor premiers and grand finalists produced a heroic defensive display last time out to win their grand final replay against Denman and coach Ron Griffiths has his team firing early.
While Muswellbrook are yet to win in 2014, they have been involved in close games including two draws from their opening three encounters. Kick off on Sunday is at 2.15pm.
In Newcastle and Hunter Rugby League, West Maitland will be up against it on Saturday when they host unbeaten Belmont Souths at Coronation Oval in A-grade.
The Red Dogs were well beaten by Shortland before the Easter break and will look to bounce back against top of the table Belmont.
In B-grade, East Maitland will be out to maintain their 100 per cent record when they welcome Dudley to King Edward Park. The Griffins have three wins from as many starts so far in 2014.
In C-grade, Paterson River host Thornton Beresfield, Raymond Terrace tackle Waratah Mayfield and Dungog face Newcastle University.
In D-grade, Clarence Town visit Hinton, Woodberry meet Karuah and Abermain do battle with Kotara.
