Club members, family and friends gathered at Marcellin Park for a few hours on Sunday and recognised the best achievements of the summer.
Ben Petersen and Rochelle Kavanagh won the 18-to-34 years point score, Tim Mackney and Melissa Boucher took out the 35-to-44 years section and Kevin Picton and Janice Davis finished ahead overall in the 45-plus years category.
Courtney Weavers, Rory Hodgson, Hayley Boucher and Jeremy Edstein were among the junior point score winners.
Chloe Hollingsworth earned the Brendan Sexton Trophy for most promising junior.
Most improved male went to Joel Harris and most improved female went to Carol Pearce.
Michelle Mullaly was the winner of this season’s Handicap Race.
Greg Mullaly was named clubman of the year and Peter Hodgson, who completed his 16th Australian Ironman this year, was the President’s Pick.
The club will hold their annual bowls day during the off-season after being washed out because of flooding.
The club’s AGM will be held at East Maitland Bowling Club on July 7.
The 2015-2016 season will kick start in September.
