The Thornton side had the bye last week after the Maitland Netball Association season opener, which had already been put back a fortnight because of superstorm damage to the clubrooms and canteen.
They now face LJ Hooker and skipper Amonie Lindsell said her team wants to begin building momentum in the A-grade competition.
“It has been quite staggered so far this season,” Lindsell said.
“We’ve only played one game so we’re still finding our rhythm really.
“We’ve got a lot of positive additions to our team this year and we’re looking forward to seeing a few of our new combinations in action.”
Lantry Plumbing premiership winners Karlee Grayson and Genevieve Lantry have gone across to George Tavern with the Rugby Blacks outfit no longer playing.
The pair adds depth to the shooting end alongside Emily Keith while another former Blacks player, Ashlee Edwards, slots into the mid court with Lindsell, Cindy Lidbury and Mel Cook.
In defence George Tavern welcome back Laura Nolan on Saturday but they will be without Amy Williams.
The A-grade match of the round will take place on court three at 2.30pm.
At the earlier time slot of 1pm it will be title holders Hills Solicitors up against Queens Arms (court five) and an all-Branxton showdown between the undefeated Altitude and Flashbacks (court six).
Family Hotel has the bye.
