Northern Suburbs had three teams in action behind the hospital, playing on the famed pitches named Leagues, Rotary, Lions and Cricketers.
Eastern Suburbs feature four under-10 sides this summer while Western Suburbs, Raymond Terrace and Thornton Park have two each.
City United, Kurri Weston, Gresford and Karuah are also represented.
The modified matches continue this weekend with December 19 marking the last round before the Christmas break.
