When the three-day music festival returns in 2013, country music lovers will boot-scoot from around the continent to Hope Estate winery.
Next year’s event will be headlined by three-piece superstars Rascal Flatts (pictured), who are visiting our shores for the first time, and Billy Ray Cyrus.
Other American acts include Chris Young and The Band Perry, and Canadian band Corb Lund and the Hurtin’ Albertans.
Aussie acts include Catherine Britt, Amber Lawrence, The Bluegrass All-Stars, Doug Bruce and the Tailgaters, Craig Morrison, The Wolfe Brothers, Aleyce Simmonds and US-based ex-pats The Le Garde Twins.
Hunter Valley musicians Morgan Evans and Bob Corbett are also on the bill.
“We pride ourselves on delivering unique line-ups with huge international stars and this year is no exception,” promoter Michael Chugg said.
“People have been clamouring for Rascal Flatts for years and we’re thrilled to have them for what is sure to be another terrific CMC Rocks the Hunter.”
The event is on Friday, March 15 to Sunday, March 17.
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Thursday from www.cmcrocks.com.au
