Spring will be the theme at the market, which will feature 20 brand new stallholders.
Olive Tree is on monthly at Civic Park at Newcastle, but comes out to Maitland four times a year.
All items are hand-made and include textiles, clothes, plants, jewelry, home wares, craft and gourmet food.
Live music will also feature at the markets, with Newcastle’s Anna Milat and Central Coast performer Joel Leggett set to perform.
Olive Tree Market organiser Justine Gaudrey said the items for sale will be diverse and of high-quality.
Lorn business Myrtle and Pepper Chocolate will hold their regular stall at the market.
Business owner Rachael King said she got involved earlier this year due to the good reputation and quality of stalls at the market.
Their flavours will run with the spring theme and include wattle seed praline crunch, pepperberry ganache and mango coulis, gin twist and wild strawberry and fresh river mint.
