Co-organiser Andrew Redgrove said the club was still tallying online donations and urged people to continue to donate.
“We had around 120 entrants in the Dice Run but there were more people than that there donating however they could through raffles and such,” he said.
The club decided to help Mr Egar fulfill his bucket list last year. They made Kallan an honourary member at the first iteration of the fundraiser last year.
“I find it hard to describe how I felt,” Mr Egar said.
“It was an awesome day to see so many people that had never met me show up to support me.”
Mr Egar thanked the bike club and the community for their donations.
“It means the world to me and my family,” he said.
“It makes us extremely proud as a club to help Kallan and his family and extremely thankful to the community for getting behind us all,” Mr Redgrove said.
Mr Redgrove thanked the event’s major sponsors for their support – The Bradford Hotel Tattersalls Hotel-Greta Railway Hotel - Cessnock Neath Hotel- Neath FCS - Farrelly Construction Services Tenambit Butchery and Beyond Ballooning. To donate contact Andrew Redgrove at facebook.com/andrew.redgrove
