Tilse, who has yet to decide if he will play next season, was a narrow winner from backrower Tylar Carter, who won the players’ player award.
Blake Birch won the best back award and Tilse added the best forward and coach’s awards to his trophy cabinet after an outstanding season with the Pickers.
Club captain Jacob Sinclair received the president’s award and popular trainer Steve Hardy won the prestigious Dave Moreland – Club Person of the Year Award.
Rising star Reeve Howard was named rookie of the year, which was presented by Ray and Donna Chipperfield in memory of Terry Chipperfield and Daniel Charnock.
The Harry Hofman award went to Jye Delaney.
Mikey Dent, Joey Morris, Trent Papa, Zach Pursehouse, Jackson Tynan, Jayden Butterfield, Gary Anderson, Reeve Howard, Elliot Penglaze and Tyran Ott were all presented with first grade debut medals.
