2018 looms as a huge year for the revamped shopping centre, with the entire $412m redevelopment and expansion scheduled to be completed mid-year.
The stage four opening will see more than 80 specialty stores opened throughout March, alongside an indoor-outdoor dining area.
A seven screen, 900 seat Hoyts cinema complex is scheduled for completion in June, to coincide with the grand opening of the completed shopping centre.
More than 3100 car spaces are expected to be open for visitors to use upon completion of the development.
The March opening comes just four months after the major unveiling of stage three of the redevelopment in November.
A 5,900 square metre Target, as well as Lorna Jane, Ally, Universal Store, The Body Shop were just some of the 75 big names that opened in the third section.
A 500 seat food court also opened with 12 new food retailers.
In addition to the range of new shops, a new inclusive playground was opened, specifically designed to allow all children to play together, including those with physical disabilities, vision, hearing and mobility impairments, or spectrum disorders such as autism.
The fourth stage of development will also include the opening of a second feature playground, to be located in the new indoor dining precinct to be dubbed The Courtyard.
The November opening saw a record 100,000 shoppers flock to the centre in the three days following the stage three unveiling.
It heralded a hectic Christmas period for the revamped shopping complex, which plans to rival Hunter retail behemoths at Kotara and Charlestown upon completion.
The completed development is slated to create 1250 direct, new, full-time jobs in retail, customer service and hospitality.
