After keeping tight-lipped during the early stages of her pregnancy, Khloe Kardashian could not be more free-flowing with the goss as she heads into her third trimester.

The reality star, who is expecting her first child with basketballer boyfriend Tristan Thompson, revealed her future baby's likely name in an appearance on The Ellen Show on Thursday.
"I think if it's a boy I'll go with Junior - Tristan Jr," she told host Ellen DeGeneres. "Then for a girl, I don't know where to begin."
It's a move that seems very un-Kardashian, although it's hard to know what the traditional way of media-managing a Kardashian pregnancy is nowadays, given the events of last year.

With rumours that three of the Kardashian sisters - Khloe, her older sister Kim Kardashian West, and younger half-sister Kylie Jenner - were pregnant popping up mid-way through 2017, only two of the sisters have since confirmed.
Kim revealed she would be expecting her third child, via surrogate, in an episode of the family's reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, in October (as is in line with the Kardashian pregnancy playbook). Khloe, after months of speculation, announced hers on Instagram last month and revealed she was six months along earlier this week.
As for Kylie, the 20-year-old has virtually gone underground, not only not confirming the pregnancy but also remaining out of sight: she did not pose for the family's annual Christmas card.
However, Khloe has certainly been subscribing to one Kardashian pregnancy convention: the bodycon wardrobe. Her recent Instagram post features the 33-year-old in a tight, black lace dress.

Speaking to DeGeneres, in a white bodycon dress no less, Khloe said both that she was "gonna try to not wear maternity clothes as long as possible" and that the baby was "on all [her] organs" so it was "hard for [her] to breathe right now".
There's probably an element of cause and effect there.
