On Saturday the awesome foursome were crowned National Champions in the Future Legends Division of the National School Aerobics Championships on the Gold Coast.
Three Nulkaba teams competed in the preliminary titles in June. Two went on to State level, where the Silver Angels took silver.
All but one of the girls were newcomers to competition going into the national event.
“They’ve come a long way from winning silver at state,” Nulkaba principal Narelle Hunt said.
The year three girls outperformed much larger schools from interstate.
“We were blown away [when the winner was announced].”
An aerobics enthusiast herself, Ms Hunt launched lessons at the school two years ago with teacher and former World Aerobics Champions competitor Carly Foster.
The school’s boys are yet to show an interest in the sport but Ms Hunt said the classes were open to all students.
“The kids really love it,” Ms Hunt said.
