Cornish was nominated in the global amyotrophic lateral sclerosis awareness campaign by both her Sucker Punch co-star Jamie Chung and celebrity fitness expert Nicole Winhoffer.
In the video Prazak dumps the water on Cornish unexpectedly and tells her to "stop being a princess", before the two playfully spar.
Cornish nominates Aussie hip hop group Hilltop Hoods and comedian Scott Dooley to take up the challenge.
When not getting doused with water in the name of charity, Cornish has been busy.
Between her work on feature films Solace and Geostorm, the actress shot the Funny or Die parody trailer, The Merge.
Cornish also recently posted an alarming image on social media, in which she was covered in some bloody good make-up.
It is the work of Hollywood special effects guru Gary J. Tunnicliffe and is reportedly for a short film.
