This first glimpse reveals the fourth in the Jurassic franchise inevitably upping the ante when it comes to rampaging monsters with poorly concealed anger management issues.
Setting the scene, park boss Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) announces happily: "We have our first genetically modified hybrid."
What could possibly go wrong?
Of course, if past experiences on Isla Nublar are anything to go by, pretty much everything. But, as is usually the case with long-running franchises, hindsight is in woefully short supply.
Chris Pratt's character, Owen, appears to be on the money when he says: "You just went and made a new dinosaur? Probably not a good idea."
Verdict so far: Godzilla meets Hunger Games with lots of CGI and a cracking Great Escape-style motorcycle chase scene thrown in.
