The 19-month-old youngster lived up to his $1.40 favouritism and beat the Charlie Lamb-trained Tollbar by three and three quarter lengths.
No Donuts came into the race on the back of a slashing 22.47s maiden victory for trainer Johannes Vanderberg at Richmond on Christmas Eve.

The son of Where’s Pedro and Shelbourne Dawn bought up his fifth win in 24 starts when he rattled home late to beat the Jonny Sledzianowski-trained Altered Mist by half a length with the Chad Gerrad-trained Cosmic Explorer third.
The Station Hotel/Motel Australia Day Cup sprint series final didn’t pan out how punters expected when the Judith Fisher-trained Good Judge saluted at $4.50.
The son of Lochinvar Marlow and Cruize Oz took control of the race early for the South Nowra trainer and beat the Walter Simmons-trained Gauge This by six and a half lengths in a slick 22.22s.
The Adam Wade-trained Bella Senora was third.
Race favourite Hail Storming, from Fay Trowbridge’s East Maitland kennels, didn’t get into the race from box seven after he struck trouble twice in the back straight.
The black dog was vetted after the race and found to have an injured nearside calf muscle and groin and was stood down from racing for 21 days.
A big thank you to Greyhound Racing NSW for coming to the party with $14,000 for the Maitland club to replace the airconditioning units in its kennel block.
The club had to hire two portable airconditioning units – at $300 a day – for the past three weeks because the existing units couldn’t maintain the temperature inside the kennel block at 22 degrees on race days.
Maitland sponsorship and promotions manager Fred Robertson welcomed the news and hoped the new units would be installed in the next week.
