There will be a host of new events for 2015, including a high tea and fashion parade at Kurri Kurri High School.
"It is something you go to with your girlfriends and have a bit of fun and a laugh," fashion parade organiser Rachel McDermott said.
Ms McDermott is the owner of Cessnock retro boutique Elsie George and will supply all the outfits for the parade.
Fifteen teenagers from the high school will be involved in the parade, which will introduce the year 10 students to a different era of fashion.
"I believe it's important that the students like what they are going to wear," she said.
"If they feel good they will project that onto the audience."
The day of fine china and fashion starts at 1pm on Friday, March 27, at a cost of $25 per person.
The clothes will cover the 1940s, '50s and '60s, including day and evening wear.
"I think people love the Nostalgia Festival because of the style," Ms McDermott said.
"It is a chance to dress up, stand out and look glam."
The festival covers all things rock 'n' roll, including cars, music, fashion and dancing.
Free entertainment will take place over the weekend, with rock 'n' roll bands and the popular car display.
