The home side accounted for the baby Kiwis 70-24 in Brisbane and are now set to compete in the second test of the series at Wynnum’s Kougari Oval on Thursday (6.30pm).
The talented prop, who made his NYC debut with the Knights this season, captured attention in the comprehensive win at Suncorp Stadium for his charging ball carries and is expected to again provide power to the side’s forward pack.
The 17-year-old hails from Aberglasslyn and was selected in the representative side after strong form at the national championships held in Wollongong in June.
Thursday’s match will be streamed live on nrl.com.
