The venues and match ups for this weekend were officially released on Monday.
Club champions City United and Western Suburbs will feature in all five grades.
The central Maitland club claimed a second straight minor premiership in first grade and will host two-time defending champions Northern Suburbs at Robins Oval.
Lorn Park will be the place where Wests and Kurri Weston meet in the other top grade semi-final.
Both second grade semi-finals will be played at Raymond Terrace.
Minor premiers City will be up against Kuri Weston at Jack Collins and Norths meet Wests at Bill Bobbins.
In thirds front runners City tackle Raymond Terrace at Kurri Central and Norths challenge Wests at Thornton 1.
In fourth grade Thornton have their sole entry and take on minor premiers Raymond Terrace at Coronation Oval while City and Wests go head-to-head at East Maitland Park.
And in fifths minor premiers Norths will battle it out with City at Morpeth Oval and Wests face Kurri Weston at Tenambit.
