Maitland and District Cricket Association released the fixtures on Monday morning with City and Wests the prime candidates for major premierships.
The two clubs will battle it out in the first and fifth grade deciders, which have been scheduled for Robins Oval and Bill Bobbins Oval respectively.
Club champions City then feature twice more, four in total, in showdowns for second and fourth grades.
They will take on Northern Suburbs at Lorn Park and Raymond Terrace at Thornton 1 respectively.
Wests and Raymond Terrace then face off in thirds at Jack Collins Oval.
King Park 3, Thornton 3 and Brandon Park are the alternative venues for third to fifth grades if wet weather intervenes on Saturday.
First and second grade are two-day matches set for Saturday and Sunday with a spare weekend on March 19 and 20.
In the top grade City and Wests both qualified after recording impressive semi-final victories on the weekend.
Minor premiers City knocked off two-time defending champions Northern Suburbs by 125 runs at Robins Oval and Wests reeled in the 284 required just four wickets down with 29 balls to spare against Kurri Weston at Lorn Park.
Centuries to City pair Matt Trappel and Anru Kriel as well as Plovers No.3 Aaron Mahony were crucial to success.
This will now be City’s third straight first grade grand final appearance and they are chasing their first title since 2008-2009.
Wests last made and won the top grade in 2011-2012.
The last time City and Wests battled it out in a Maitland first grade decider was 1981-1982 with the Plovers captained by Warren Trappel, the father of current skipper Andrew.
City are led by Trappel family relation Matthew.
The clubs are one apiece in previous encounters this summer.
