Almost 50 exhibitors will bring flavors from Asia, Europe, Australia and America to Maitland but local establishments will more than hold their own.
Dutch Poffertjes, Mama Linh’s Vietnamese street food and the Nighthawk American diner aren’t exactly Hunter household names but they’ve won cult followings in Sydney.
The Hunter, seemingly determined to hold up its reputation as the country’s food and wine mecca, will front up the cheese, wine and coffee names that make this region the envy of foodies everywhere.
Maitland Taste will be open on Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm.
