Shooting on the Canadian thriller began in May last year.
Cornish stars opposite American actors Dermot Mulroney and Justin Long.
Lavender is the fourth full-length feature from Canadian director Ed Gass-Donnelly and is co-written by Gass-Donnelly and Colin Frizzell.
Cornish plays Jane, a photographer that suffers severe memory loss after a traumatic accident.
Jane notices strange clues amongst her photos that suggest she may be responsible for the deaths of family members she can't remember.
Long plays a psychiatrist who helps her recover lost memories.
Cornish has a number of upcoming films in production.
The Aussie star will be seen in the Dean Devlin-directed sci-fi blockbuster Geostorm opposite Gerard Butler, though you will have to be patient as the film's release has been significantly delayed until January 13, 2017.
Other projects include 6 Days, about the 1980 siege at the Iranian Embassy in London, and World War I romantic drama The Angel Makers.
Tribeca Film Festival runs from April 13 to April 24 in New York City.
