Raymond Terrace won their top-of-the-table clash against a resurgent Maitland City in Hunter Section 1 of the State Grade 1 Pennants.

Both teams were undefeated going into round three but the powerful Raymond Terrace prevailed 63-53 to take nine points from the match.
East Cessnock lost 50 to 73 away to Kahibah who now claimed a maximum 10 from the round to claim second spot on the table just 0.5 points above City.
East Maitland had a narrow loss 62-67 loss at home to Alder Park. They claimed 1.5 points and sit in third just above Alder Park on the Hunter Section 2 ladder.
Beresfield continued its strong start to the season, claiming all 10 points with a comprehensive 77-48 win against Wallsend.
Undefeated they sit five points clear at the top of the Hunter Section 3 ladder from Valentine.
There were no results recorded from Kurri Kurri’s clash with Lambton. Kurri tops Hunter Section 4 after claiming maximum points in their first two games.
