Charlie Morris, 5, has recently been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Originally from East Maitland, but now living in the Riverina, Charlie’s family friends decided to throw a fundraising party at The Lass O’Gowrie on June 5 from midday.
Bands on the bill include Kurri Kurri dance rockers Raave Tapes, Maitland’s Arcades And Lions, Auxfire, The Treehouse Children, Junkyard favourite Dave Wells, Pals, Voodoo Youth and M Ø Ø N.
Half the funds raised on the night will go directly to Charlie’s family, the other half to Ronald McDonald House. More details on Facebook at Party for Charlie.
