I thought Lorn already was included in the New Years celebrations in Maitland?

Toilets on the Lorn side would be good.

FERAL TROLLEYS, OR PEOPLE?
Why do they continue to talk about ''feral shopping trolleys''? The problem is feral people.
Patricia Lindsay
Part of the problem is limited parking availability in Maitland CBD, so people have to walk further and further away from the shops to get back to their cars. They're not going to walk all the way back just for a trolley, so why not put more trolley collection bays in at popular car parks?
Alana Curtis
Why don't all supermarkets and warehouses use coin locks on the trolleys? In many European countries that's the standard and you rarely see any trolleys lying around. Aldi does it and they don't need to pick up abandoned trolleys either. It's a good system.
Rixta Francis
No trolleys loose here in the Netherlands. All supermarkets use the coin system. I often wondered why a modern country like Australia didn’t use that system. I saw so many lost trolleys. This looks so desolate.
Naomi Dekker-van Der Poll
People leave trolleys at my corner and either the local hoons play in them or the trolley collection people collect them. They are never there long. The problem is people, not trolleys.
Marg Summons
It makes the community look terrible. If you need to do your shopping and cannot carry your groceries, make sure you leave enough money to catch a taxi home.
