Fast track to today and this dynamic business is showing just how embracing flexibility can prove to be a winner in more ways than one.
“We employ working mums and so offer flexibility for staff and it works very well,” explains Simone.
The Cessnock based chartered accounting firm offers business solutions for companies looking to fine tune systems and ultimately reduce fees with the use of cloud accounting and online book keeping systems.
This year is the first time the firm has entered the awards and their achievement of receiving Highly Commended in the Professional Services category proves they are on the right track. Earlier this year Simone was also named a finalist in the Women in Finance - Accountant of the Year Awards.
Simone is clear that the recognition is a team effort.

“We have a massive belief in the importance of community involvement and we are extremely honoured to be recognised by our local community for this work ethic,” she added.
