In the under 12s division 2 competition, City United defeated Gresford District Junior Cricket Club, while Northern Suburbs beat their Eastern counterparts. Western Suburbs went down to Paterson and Karuah were defeated by Thornton Park.
In under 12s division 1, Northern Suburbs Red beat Clarence Town, led by opener Jesse Mead who smacked five fours.
Kurri Weston defeated Eastern Suburbs and Raymond Terrace got up over the Tenambit Morpeth Bulls.
13s saw Dungog beat Northern Suburbs, City United defeat Raymond Terrace, and Eastern Suburbs march to victory over Thornton Park.
Raymond Terrace were smashed by Wine Country Cricket Club in the 14s, with the winners led by Thomas Page’s score of 43 on the way to their total of 108.
Northern Suburbs beat Eastern Suburbs White, as did Eastern Suburbs Blue over Mulbring.
In the 15s Raymond Terrace beat Northern Suburbs Black and Tenambit Morpeth Bulls beat Northern Suburbs Red.
In the Reg Kelly Shield, Hunter Valley Grammar School will play St Philip’s Christian College on Friday in the final.
