NRL development officers will hold the clinic at Fred Harvey Oval from 4.30-6pm, with boys and girls encouraged to attend.
The afternoon is a community event with the club inviting not only junior players but their families as well for a free sausage sizzle at the end of training.
“The club is only small but we are an important part of the Woodberry community and it’s a great opportunity to celebrate that community focus,” club president Daniel Chaff said.
“Despite our size we have had tremendous success. We run littlies and we had two teams in the older comp, an under-11 side and an under-16s and they both won their division premierships last year.”
The afternoon is an opportunity for youngsters to get along and see if rugby league is the game for them. Details on registration will be available for any prospective players.
