The Maitland side will travel to Sydney to do battle with the Sydney Comets who, like the Mustangs, have one win and one loss entering the third round of the Waratahs Champions League season.

The Mustangs will again look to new recruit Karl Moore, who was mighty in their tight 93-87 loss to Newcastle in the first round of the Kibble-Mallon Cup.
Moore followed up his first round 30 point haul with a double-double performance of his own with 22 points and 12 rebounds against Newcastle.
The Mustangs will have to put in a strong team effort against a Comets side coming off their own tight loss to the Penrith Panthers last week, 83-76.
Danger men for the Comets include William Hickey, who bagged 27 points including seven rebounds and three assists last week, and Alex Overs, who nabbed 18 points in each of his games this season.
