Nulkaba’s Dan Repacholi will try and add to his five Commonwealth medals before retiring following this month’s Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.

The three-time Olympian will contest the men’s 10m air pistol on April 9 and the men’s 50m pistol on April 11.
It’ll be the last hurrah in competitive shooting for the 35-year-old, who is set to hang up the pistols following the Gold Coast event.
He’ll look to defend the title he won in 2014 at the Glasgow games.
Repacholi was initially set to retire following a personally disappointing showing in the 2016 Rio Olympics, but an opportunity to finish his career on home soil proved a big enough reason to postpone those plans temporarily.
He won’t be alone in representing the Hunter, with local talent to feature across a wide range of sports.
Among the Hunter-based competitors will be racing legend Kurt Fearnley, who will retire from representative competition after the games.
