Parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts, sisters and brothers were all on the sideline for action today in the Maitland Junior Rugby Union under-8s at Marcellin Park.
In their first year after graduating from the Little Blacks Army under-7s the boys and girls in the five under-8 teams were in action and having a great time learning the skills of the game on Saturday.
Four black teams play at home each weekend and the fifth team plays on rotation against under-8 teams in the Newcastle competition.
