Two series will be run in conjunction across five rounds of competition - the Kurri Kurri Speedway Club Championship - which is open to junior and senior solos as well as senior sidecars, and the Craig Boyce Speedway Experience Winter series.
A number of riders will also use the meetings to keep themselves in the picture for professional careers in the British and European speedway leagues.
Kurri Kurri rider Mason Campton was set to compete with the highly successful Workington Comets British League team until a last minute decision by the team owners to withdraw from the 2019 competition.
"To say that it was disappointing is an understatement," said Campton."I can only do what's in my control."
Kane Lawrence is another rider with eyes on an overseas professional career.
The Hunter 20-year-old opened the door to his goal with a third place in the Western Australia Speedway Championship. He will head for Great Britain next month to chase some competitive rides.
"I will be riding a friend's bike at any of the meetings I can get," he said.
Meanwhile, Jason Doyle has sustained a broken rib and punctured lung in a frightening fall in Torun on Sunday.
