It has named race five the Mark Hughes Foundation Stakes and race seven the Beanie For Brain Cancer Stakes on Thursday afternoon and will also have women's and men's beanies, which are $25 each, for sale during the race meeting.
The first race at Maitland Showground kicks off 3.57pm and the last race is at 6.54pm.
