Mackay started the meeting with wins from Aston Maeve and Zipping Veyron in the Futurity qualifiers and finished with victories from Hard Style Rico and Aston Sapporo in the Derby heats at Wentworth Park.
Brandy Hill trainer Mark Davidson's Zipping Vernon was second in Derby heat one of five but missed a start in the final on times. He was second reserve.
Aston Maeve ($2.30) started well in heat one of the Futurity from box three and was outside early leader Sneaky Marquee approaching the first turn.
She quickly took over on the bend and was never headed to finish one and a half lengths clear in 29.87 seconds.
Zipping Veyron ($2.10) was also impressive in heat two, exploding out of box five to lead by as many as six lengths down the back straight. She went on to win by two and a quarter lengths in 29.86.
In the Derby heats, Hard Style Rico ($3.80) fought back to beat favourite Simon Told Helen by one and three quarter lengths in 29.84.
Aston Sapporo ($3.20) led and was strong in front to win heat four in 29.87.
Meanwhile, Mackay's Aston Duke will be among Hunter hopes in the Paws of Thunder heats at Wentworth Park on Saturday night. Aston Duke ($6) has box five in heat three.
Other Hunter-trained hopes are Connie's Boy (Peter Honnery) in heat one, Kid Candle (Glen Grimwood) in heat two and Foxzami Muzza (Ken Catford) in the third.
