He won the zone singles title, plus the pairs, the triples and the fours. A clean sweep that can never be beaten.
If that's not enough, he went on to win the Champion of Champion singles - played against the other zone winners - as well as the Champion of Champion doubles.
Oh yes, and he was named NSW Bowler of the Year and picked for the state team again after a 12-year hiatus.
"I was the oldest player in the team," the 42-year-old said with a smile.
