While no date has been announced for when Maitland shoppers can snap up a purchase at TK Maxx, Kmart is set to open its doors at the centre on Thursday, October 1.
The 2000 square metre TK Maxx store at Green Hills will have the brand's full range of fashion for women, men and children, accessories, beauty, toys, sleepwear, intimates and home wares.
TK Maxx Australia spokesperson Clare Willenberg said the company was thrilled to be expanding its presence.
"We are so excited to bring TK Maxx to shoppers in Maitland," she said.
"Our new store will be packed full of incredible finds for local bargain hunters," said Ms Willenberg.
"What's more, the store will receive new deliveries several times a week with thousands of new items arriving, so there will always be something fresh and exciting to discover."
This will be the 19th TK Maxx to open in New South Wales - and 59th in the country - since it arrived in Australia in 2017.
Jodie Bouffler, Centre Manager at Stockland Green Hills said the centre has had great success in securing national retailers for its customers.
"We're pleased to bring such a highly requested and respected brand like TK Maxx to the centre," said Ms Bouffler.
"This comes in addition to our recent announcement of a Cotton On Mega which opened recently.
"Our team has been working hard to not only secure the best variety of retailers for our customers, but also the ones that they're asking for. It's all part of our commitment to creating the best customer experience possible."
The new store will employ approximately 50 staff from the local area.
The opening date and celebration details are still to be announced.
