Central Coast Local Health District said all four people have been in self-isolation at home during their infectious period, with health staff undertaking daily wellness checks.
The first case was linked to a known case at a construction site in Sydney. It was included in the numbers to 8pm Friday, which were reported by NSW Health this morning.
The three other cases are household contacts of the first case and were notified shortly after 8pm. Those three cases will be included in Sunday's numbers.
One other household contact has also been identified and is in home isolation. They have tested negative for COVID-19.
NSW has reported 141 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19 and two deaths, including a woman in her 30s.
At least 62 of the 141 diagnosed people in the 24 hours to 8pm on Saturday were circulating in the community for all or part of their infectious period, Premier Gladys Berejiklian says.
Forty three people are in intensive care in NSW, 18 of whom require ventilation.
