The Cessnock prop wants to avoid being "underdone" over the next 12 months ahead of the recently postponed World Cup, exploring options overseas in a bid to maintain match fitness.
His sights are still firmly set on featuring at the international rugby league tournament in 2022, having helped Greece secure a historic debut.
"I would go anywhere to keep playing," Tuliatu told the Newcastle Herald.
"America, France, wherever there's a competition running I'll go.
"You don't want to go in underdone and I might not really get another chance at a World Cup."

Tuliatu says he's happy to keep his options open but a best-case scenario would see him roll from one European competition to another before the coronavirus-delayed World Cup, which is now due to take place across England next year from October 15 to November 19.
Pending travel exemptions and the ongoing global pandemic, he may be forced to prepare at home via Newcastle Rugby League.
Regardless of what route he takes, Tuliatu wants to use the "World Cup as a springboard" to potentially score a UK deal.
Prior to last month's announcement, Greece had been planning quarantine logistics and a warm-up Test against Jamaica.
Tuliatu said Greece, coached by Steve Georgallis and with NRL representatives such as Billy Magoulias and Peter Mamouzelos, haven't played an international for what "feels like ages".
Greece beat Ukraine, Malta, Norway and Serbia on the road to World Cup qualification at the end of 2019.
The 25-year-old, who lives at Mayfield and works as a lawyer in Newcastle, has enjoyed the last two seasons with the Goannas following previous stints in the Sydney-based Ron Massey Cup (Mounties, Asquith) and overseas (London Skolars, West Wales Raiders).
Other players from Newcastle RL with World Cup connections include Central pair Uti Baker (Cook Islands) and Junior Roqica (Fiji) as well as Lakes' Nick Glohe (Scotland).
However, current public health orders for regional NSW stay in place until at least midnight on September 10 with no guarantees restrictions will ease.
The last game was August 1 with Maitland, Cessnock, Central, Macquarie and Wests the top five.
"It would be a shame to finish second and not get a shot at it, but it's just the situation we're in at the moment," Tuliatu said.
He played in last year's Newcastle RL grand final.
