The ginger beer, relabelled Fixie!, has been at the Braddon BrewPub on tap for a couple months but is now newly canned and on sale Australiawide from this week.
Fixie!, the name a nod to Bentspoke's obvious cycling references, is made from real ginger from Buderim in Queensland and brewed with cashmere hops. The beer has a "nice balance of sweetness with a considerable ginger kick".
When Rich Watkins and Tracy Margrain opened the Braddon BrewPub in 2014, they also dreamed that one day they would can their beers.
After their first two can releases, they put the vote to customers and asked: "Which BentSpoke Beer would you like to see in cans?".
The people demanded that BentSpoke can their great BrewPub Ginger Beer.
Tracy said it had always been a popular beer with punters who visited the BrewPub.
"Ginger Beer was from memory the 12th beer we brewed in the Brewpub in 2014 and quickly became a pub favourite," she said.
"We wanted to focus on something that tasted great and was of the highest quality ginger beer that we felt proud to stand behind.
"Can't wait for everyone to try this and make it their beer of the summer."
