Baker scored 11 goals from 11 games in under-13s and 14 goals from 14 games in under-14s to secure the coveted award in an online awards presentation.
Awards were announced for the NPL Youth and WPL Youth teams.

In the oldest age groups, Ben Grant won the NPL Under-18 coaches' player award and Charlotte Lloyd was named the WPL 17s coaches' award.
In a successful year for the Magpies junior teams, there were three top five finishes for the NPL Youth team and two top four teams in the WPL Youth.
NPL Youth U-18 (fifth), U-16 (sixth), U-15 (fourth), U-14 (third) and U-13 (sixth); WPL Youth 17s (bottom), 15s (fourth) and 13s (fourth).
