Three more people have been rushed to hospital suffering snake bites as peak season continues for sightings of the reptiles.

The Queensland Ambulance Service on Saturday reported three overnight bites.
In the most recent, at about 10.30pm, a woman aged in her 30s was taken to Logan Hospital in a stable condition after being bitten at a Beaudesert property, inland from the Gold Coast. The type of snake was not specified.
A couple of hours earlier, a man in his 30s was taken to Bundaberg Hospital for a snake bite. He is also reported to be in a stable condition, with no confirmation of the type of snake.
A man in his 20s was also bitten by a snake at a suburban property before being taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
The latest reports follow news earlier in the week of a woman in her 20s being bitten on the hand by a brown snake, as she slept in a bed at a rural property west of Brisbane.
She was woken by the snake at a Western Downs property where bystanders later captured a photo of it poking its head out from beneath a doona.
Sean Cade from Australian Snake Catchers is receiving regular calls to domestic settings for snake sightings.
"Ninety-five per cent of people are bitten either trying to catch or kill snakes," the Sydney-based catcher, with more than 25 years experience, told AAP on Saturday.
"The eastern brown snake has a very active defence mechanism and a lot of people mistake that for aggression, but it's just a warning.
"So people grab a stick or a shovel and might miss, but the snake doesn't miss in response."
Some snakes, including the eastern brown and red-bellied black, are still in their breeding and birthing season and Mr Cade said "the most crucial thing to remember is that if snakes are left alone they are not going to pose a threat".
"There is a lot of infrastructure work and therefore habitat destruction going on and that displaces (snakes) and means they're on the move," he said of regular sightings in urban settings, to which snakes have adapted.
Immediate snake-bite treatment includes pressure and immobilisation, while calling triple-zero.
