The stage two development included Bed Bath N Table, Habitania, Spendless Shoes, Darrell Lea Kards and Kandy, Price Attack and Lowes and an extra 350 car parks.
Stockland design and development general manager Tim Beattie said the completion of stage two was a fantastic milestone.
“It gives customers more choice,” he said. “The 350 new car parks takes the centre to the next level.”
The $412 million redevelopment is on track for completion by mid-2018.
The next stage of development, which includes Target and a food court, is set to open in November followed by restaurants and David Jones as part of stage four in March 2018.
The project is expected to create 1,250 full time jobs in the centre.
Thursday’s opening also included a ‘topping out’ celebration on the roof top to recognise the final concrete poured.
