Beau Heeney, 19, will make his debut for the Black Diamond AFL representative squad and come up against younger brother Isaac who is part of the Sydney Swans Academy.
Isaac was a nominee in last year's Maitland Sportsperson of the Year Awards after being selected in the Sydney Academy.
Beau was named in the BDAFL 24-player squad today.
The Heeney brothers play first grade for the Cardiff Hawks, after Beau returned from a year working in Western Australia.
Chris Bishop, from the undefeated league leaders Terrigal Avoca, will coach the Black Diamond AFL representative squad.
Kick-off has been scheduled for 1pm.
