Anderson took out the top award after winning the players' player awards last season.
Halfback Brock Lamb won the vote of his peers, in a season the Pickers dominated to win the minor premiership but was cut short by the COVID lockdown before they could contest finals.
It was a successful year across the board with the Pickers claiming the Club Championship with top four finishes in Reserve Grade and under-19s. The Pickers were also second in the Ladies League Tag competition.
In a pared down ceremony at Club Maitland City on Sunday, the Reserve Grade player of the year award was won by Ethan Edwards and Aiden Shepherd took out the under-19 player of the year award.
The under-17 player of the year was Nicholas Olive.
Emma Martin received the Ladies League Tag coach's award and Blaik Schmidhauser won the under-17 coach's award.
Nic Lawrence won the Reserve Grade players' player award, Tyler Harmes won the under-19s players player and Estelle Hughes the LLT players' player.
Tom Cant took out the prestigious 2021 Pickers Rookie of the Year.
The annual Harry Hofman Award was presented to Jye Bieman King.
Club debutant medals were presented to the following players who made their first grade debut in 2021:
- Tom Cant - May 22 - Maitland Pickers 20 def Macquarie Scorpions 18.
- Noah Nailagoliva - June 12 - Maitland Pickers 48 def Wyong Roos 6
- Lachlan Matthews - June 19 - Maitland Pickers 43 def Cessnock Goannas 16
- Taj Ridley - July 24 - Maitland Pickers 34 def Central Butcher Boys 0
