Just over 6000 people listened to great Aussie rock by Baby Animals, The Screaming Jets, Choirboys, Dragon, The Superjesus, Richard Clapton and Ian Moss.
The massive bill drew punters to the gig early, with Hope Estate founder Michael Hope saying three quarters of the crowd were in the gates in the first hour.
The Screaming Jets were a fan-favourite, and as a child of the 80’s, Mr Hope said Dragon and Choirboys put on top performances.
A few complaints were posted on social media about toilet and drink queues, and requests for ice cubes.
Mr Hope offered an apology for the long lines, saying they didn’t anticipate the strong early turnout.
However he said there were more toilets than required by the council approval and that the lack of ice was part of their alcohol management plan to prevent stockpiling drinks.
Mr Hope said the event went really well and the crowds were well behaved.
