The annual celebration of craft ales, food and music comes to Maitland Gaol on November 3 and 4.
It’ll be a massive weekend of music in the Hunter, as Wickham Park in Newcastle will play host to the This That and Scene & Heard festivals, while Roche Estate at Pokolbin is launching its Sunset Sounds concert, headlined by Jon Stevens and Ross Wilson.
The Blue Mountains-produced Cloud Control, released their third album Zone last year and are best known for their celebrated second record Dream Cave and its tracks Dojo Rising and Scar. Cloud Control will close Sunday at Bitter & Twisted.
Last Dinosaurs, who headline the Saturday, will use Bitter & Twisted to launch their forthcoming third album Yumeno Garden, released on October 5.
It’ll be the Brisbane four-piece’s first in three years and features their latest Strokes-inspired single Eleven.
Other acts named for Bitter & Twisted include Hunter artists Megan Core and Lachlan Edwards. Tickets are on sale from Friday.
