The 13.18-96 to 0.2-2 win included a bag of five goals to Sarah Burns in a best afield performance, while Nikki Robson kicked three.
Grace Maher and Hannah Centra kicked two goals each and Stevi Bishop got her first of the season.
Anna Fraser had another fine game, with Robson and Maher both in the Saints best along with Gabrielle Scanlon and Lauren Turner.
The Saints are second on the ladder, but have a game in hand on competition leaders Killarney Vale.
In the Black Diamond Cup the men's senior team pushed Nelson Bay but fell short going down by 17 points.
