This weekend's forecast, according to Weatherzone, is for a wet and cold couple of days and reason enough to resurrect the trackie daks and ugg boots.
Friday's forecast is for a top of 21 degrees, partly cloudy and a 90 per cent chance of between 1 and 5mm of rain.
On Saturday a high of 17 degrees is forecast with an over night low of between 7 and 10 degrees. There is also a 90 per cent chance of between 5 and 10 mm of rain.
Sunday temps should return to 21 degrees however the mercury will drop overnight between 7 and 10 degrees. There is a 70 per cent chance of 1mm of rain.
According to the Bureau of Meteorology a high pressure system will drift slowly east during the next couple of days, maintaining a ridge along the NSW coast.
The ridge is expected to weaken on Friday. Onshore winds are forecast to bring widespread shower activity to eastern districts later Friday and Saturday, easing as an upper trough weakens on Sunday.
