The project has taken just under 10 months to complete.
The new watering system is the largest single project ever undertaken on the course, and the club received no funding for the project.
The previous irrigation system was installed in 1975 and after 44 years was starting to fail.
Maitland Mayor Loretta Baker will also be on hand, as will life member and patron Joan Palmer who has been a member of the club for more than 75 years.
Among other dignitaries, she will be joined by Harold Mayo, also a life member and patron and former President of the Easts Group.
