The girl had been wanted since December 17 when police allege she and two other youths attended a house in East Maitland, where they called for a resident to "come out and fight".
A female resident who went outside was allegedly cut with a knife and had a pole thrown at her, which narrowly missed her.
Then on January 2, police allege the 15-year-old girl was caught trespassing at Rutherford Marketplace after being banned from the shopping centre.
The teen was arrested four days later when police said she was in the company of another female caught shoplifting at Liquorland Rutherford.
The 15-year-old was charged with affray, common assault and trespassing. She was granted bail to appear before a children's court later this month.
