Adam Prowse of Adam Prowse Personal Training Maitland and Boolaroo said his members can still stay fit during this "crazy time," after he and his staff built an online home workout site.
"The current situation with Corona Virus self isolation could leave you in a situation where you have no training and no support but we don't plan to let that happen to our members," he said.
"We have been planning for this in the back ground for weeks now and have built an online home workout site," he said.
"This online program will have everything you need to smash workouts at home with live Bootcamp and PT sessions streamed to members' homes multiple times a day as well as plenty of pre-recorded sessions that can be done any time."
He said the site will also have nutrition and training content such as cooking classes, meal prep videos and educational seminars.
"We will be adding content to this site daily and continuously streaming workouts when the link to the site is up and running.
"The reality is that in times like this you need to stay fit and healthy and look after yourself and if we are in lock down you will still need to train and eat healthy," Prowse said.
"Like a lot of people and businesses during this time we are having to adapt to change and provide the same value to our clients in different ways for the short term," he said.
